In this event, Mr. Craig Au Yeung will take the audience on a journey into his father’s art world, inviting us to delve into collective stories happening between people recorded by his father, Mr. Au Yeung Nai Chim who has visited countless spots in Hong Kong to do urban sketching for almost 70 years. Au Yeung’s paintings are never gaudy or meant to please. Yet with his persistent hard work, his moving artistic creations breathe with the times. Artist and art critic Chak will be invited to the lecture together to talk about the artistic creations of Au Yeung Nai Chim.
是次活動將由歐陽應霽先生帶我們走入他父親的藝術世界，描述前輩藝術家歐陽乃沾寫生近70年走遍香港各地方，以寫生方式訴說大街小巷中的人情故事。他的畫風從不嘩眾取寵，而是紮紮實實地耕耘，他動人的藝術創作與時代共同呼吸著。講座特別邀請藝術家暨藝評人翟宗浩先生，一同聊聊歐陽乃沾的藝術創作。
